By accessing or using Ziggurat Horoscope (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Ziggurat Horoscope provides astrology readings and guidance based on Babylonian astrological traditions. The Service is intended for entertainment and reflective use only. Readings are not predictions of future events and are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. You agree to use your own judgment when making decisions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Subscription & Billing

Premium access is available via auto-renewing subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us (through our payment processor, Stripe) to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing hello@ziggurathoroscope.com.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Subscription prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may include applicable taxes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, code, and reading text on the Service are the property of Ziggurat Horoscope or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the Service; (c) misrepresent your identity; (d) resell readings or scrape content for commercial use.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT READINGS WILL ACHIEVE ANY PARTICULAR OUTCOME.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZIGGURAT HOROSCOPE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis.
