We want you to feel confident in your reading. If you're not satisfied with your premium subscription, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your first purchase — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Email hello@ziggurathoroscope.com from the email associated with your subscription. Include the date of purchase. Refunds are processed within 5 business days back to your original payment method.
After 7 days
After the 7-day window, subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time and you will not be billed again. You retain access for the remainder of the current billing period.
Renewal charges
If a renewal charge was unexpected and you did not actively use the Service in the new billing period, contact us — we review these on a case-by-case basis and often grant a refund.
How to cancel
Cancel anytime by emailing us, or by using the customer portal link in your welcome email. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not retroactively refund completed periods (except under the 7-day guarantee above).
